If you think you are being harassed because the police keep following you around you have to get court order to make them stop. Sow me some case where the technology is being abused and I might become concerned but from my point of view making it easier to catch people who want to kick my front door in and rob me at gun point is a good thing.

Hell they won't learn anything Apple doesn't already know.
