if the police followed you around *waiting* for weed to fall out of your pocket, you would be speaking the same language. if they decide they think you're seeing a dealer and get a warrant to follow you around waiting for weed to fall out of your pocket, that's perfectly fine as well. following you around without any prior suspicion, without your consent, waiting for you to break a law? that *used* to require a judge's oversight, now they can just do it without worrying if you're actually a person of interest or not.
