I've never ate at a restaurant where I thought I was tipping the busboy when I leave money on the table.
I think today my ending pay for tips will be 55$ and I will make an addiitonal 52$ in a paycheck. So it's not so bad. The manager's said I would average 15-20$, which will probably be true when I work on Weekends. I imagine during weeks it's a lot worse than that realistically.
First official day as a busser tomorrow ...
