Out of all the places we've been, Istanbul and Turkey still rank at the top of the list. The food is amazing, most everyone we met was really friendly (I don't recall anyone that was unfriendly, but like any place in the world, you know they are there), the city is full of culture and history. Definitely want to go back someday.
