Facebook is inherently annoying; it's a bandwidth hog and yet there's not really much to it, except, of course, for the various "applications" (silly games, datebooks and/or e-commerce that would probably be considered phishing anywhere else) that want to access every piece of personal data I OR MY FRIENDS put in our profiles, hence I avoid those games reflexively.
