What kind of work do you do? The serial killer stuff seems interesting 
I'ma doctor - a GP to be specific. The serial killer thing isn't a joke, necessarily - the process of appraisal (what I am going to today) and revalidation (which is when serious people from the General Medical Council look at the evidence collected over a five year appraisal period and decide if you can continue doctoring) was instituted in this country after kindly old Dr Shipman, an English GP, was discovered to have murdered some where in the region of dozens of his little old lady patients by giving them overdoses of morphine.
Oh my! That's a horrendous story!

It does, doesn't it! I have six months of sleep deprivation to make up for, and an apartment that looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly for six months, which of course it hasn't, so there're lots of stuff to do. But not all has to be done today. There's loooooots of free time ahead 
Sleep deprivation, junior doctoring, by any chance?
Last semester of medical school. I have a half year off now due to too many graduates and too few spots in our equivalent of the foundation years programme (I think that is what you call it?).
