Good that Clinton appointee went against since thus far the only judge that 'broke ranks' so to speak broke for it. It still all comes down to what Anthony Kennedy decides, which bugs me, personally I think he will rule against but there's no way to be sure, and it is vaguely possible one or more of the other 8 might not do the expected.
