mean little bastards. You couldn't keep him away from them and wouldn't stop until they were dead. They would rip his ears and lips up but everytime he saw one he would take off after it. I tried to keep him away from them because I didn't like seeing him get hurt but the dog weighed about 20lbs. He drug me half way across a field trying to get to one. I ended taking a 22 with so I could kill them before he got to them. Didn't work very often and I almost shot him once:P


Kinda reminds me of when my old cat, back before he'd filled out, got himself dragged into the woods by this big rabbit at least twice his size that he'd latched onto and refused to let go... came back some hours later limping and disgruntled :P I remember my supervisor there always used to complain they wouldn't let them hunt them on the post anymore, rifle or bow, which at the time as a total civvy I thought bizarre, of course knowing what I know now of the Air Force's, er, 'limited skill with firearms' that might be a wise idea.
