When they started giving out real prizes for these sort of contest people didn't take long to break the system. It is almost impossible to have real on line voting anymore. This one doesn't even limit how many times a day you can vote. It may be as simple as he is voting over and over again for himself but if he is smart he wrote some sort of macro.
If you want to beat him you are going to have to ask yourself how much time do you want to spend chasing this.
