That seems like a choice, to me. Vail is ridiculously expensive.
And who pays for the state hospitals to be able to offer all that care? Don't we? And aren't those costs part of what we're all saying is unsustainable, even in the near term? Maybe I just really don't understand the system, but even if it is good for "most" currently, I think it is sensible to judge it based on the stability as well. The fact is that we probably don't know what our system will look like ten years down the road.
