As I recall, that last attempt to find Brad revealed that he was sans internet and cell phone atm, and thus difficult to reach. That was several months before the end of wotmania though, so over two years ago (no one mentioned at the time, but RAFO just turned two years old, if you can believe it.)

I remember that he had some tech issues too, so hopefully that is the main reason.

That's still one of the main benefits of snail mail: As long as you address it correctly it'll usually get there sooner or later.
