... and your mom says it will take three years to make them, do you get a three year stay of execution?

(There are probably rules saying you don't have to be given anything that's an unreasonable request. If not, surely by now someone would have asked for a steak that's been slow-cooked for 25 years, because that's the way they like their steaks.)
