Moderate what happens only on the boards, and not the chatroom. Have a disclaimer stating specifically that any drama on the boards will be treated on a post by post basis, rather than the drama overall. And considering we don't even have a "Rules" section, we can't really ban someone on the basis for breaking rules.

But then, I have never understood the logic that says the internet is some special place where free speech is an absolute imperative, and it is somehow a cardinal sin to prevent people publicly celebrating how much fun it is to slaughter puppies and eat their brains, and/or urging others to join them. Those are rather inverted priorities, IMHO; I am very sorry if anyone is "offended" when a (privately owned) site "violates" their "free speech rights" by banning them for posting home made kiddie porn, but meeting their cell mate of the next 20 years will surely provide a distraction from the great injustice they suffered. :sarcasm:
