:P It's eye-rolling commentary aimed at Joel. It's a small and recent in-house joke, Joel has a tendency to reply to threads a couple weeks after the conversation was presumed over by whoever he was talking to, and he'd do it to three or four threads at a time maybe once every two weeks or so, dumping all three or four to the top of the board again. TMJ did it last month and apologized for "Joeling" the the thread. That's kinda what this thread does, since it's not flagged as an announcement, it pops up just when you've forgotten and lingers just long enough to irritate but not enough to be mentally edited out of one's vision.
