It follows from "not that I had anything against foreign doctors, but it sounded too foreign." Joel Send a noteboard - 23/11/2011 06:18:20 AM
What staggers me is the sheer number of wealthy (or at least upper middle class) socially liberal people apparently so eager to vote for Anyone but Obama they will take whomever the Greedy Old Party offers. It is all about priorities; they can console themselves with the knowledge the lowest tax rates in half a century will continue while they are loaded into cattle trucks for Camp Concentration. :) Anything that stops the dirty commies is acceptable; just ask Franco. ;)

Where on earth did Camp Concentration come from?

I am still trying to figure out that comment; if he has nothing against foreign doctors, how can a doctors name sound "too foreign"? Not that the comment follows from that alone; it also fits the general GOP candidate commitment to reconstructing the Berlin Wall on the Rio Grande and refusing to recognize social contracts between homosexuals also, to name just a few things off the top of my head.
