It really depends on what your relationship is like. You will probably lose the ability to spend your money any damn way you want without anyone else questioning you. Same thing with time, you may want to play Skyrim but she might think shopping for new drapes is more important. In my experience women in general frown on grown men spending a lot time playing video games. Depends on the women of course and the younger ones seem more tolerant than my generation. The sex and dating part does matter. Of course you can't date but you knew that going in. You will be giving someone else virtually complete control of both the quantity and quality of your sex life. That gives that person a certain amount of leverage that shouldn't be underestimated. They sure as hell don't underestimate it.
Really what it comes down to is you are giving someone else the right to have a say in how you live your life and to demand that you give a lot of weight to that opinion. How that plays out in your life really depends on you and her and how your relationship plays out. I will warn you that roles in marriages are often established very early on so be careful what you take on because it could become your job life.
