Hell I am not even sure Pujols is worth the kind of money they are paying him at least in the long term. It make winning our division again much tougher. I hope we can pick up someone good to replace CJ. A true ace pitcher is what we are really lacking. I wonder if Lee misses us yet.
Wilson had a few OK seasons recently but nothing crazy. I think he's a 3-4 guy, really. I think Texas made a huge mistake not keeping Lee. They should have spent big on him. In the long run he was a guy who may have been worth it.
Pujols isn't worth the money year in and year out, but on a whole, I think he will be. The first 5 years will be great, he'll make them a ton of money and help them win a lot of games. After that, he'll probably have 2 more years mixed where he approaches that kind of worth. In the end, I think it'll all balance out.
