Your advice is good :). I got a learner's permit at around 18 then it expired 5 years later, then I applied for a learner's permit all over again (they don't renew, I had to take the test again and everything- not that the *written* test was much of an obstacle for me) and I decided that I better get a driver's license before my learner's permit expires for the second time.

So: I've already delayed a lot.

im 24 and i was too un-confident to learn how to drive when i turned 17(brit). during one lesson i went too fast round a corner and almost hit someone so i gave up learning cause it really shook me up. now i have the time, money and confidence to learn properly

my advice?

if you think you can't do it wait a while and try again, don't give up entirely but sometimes the delay might help. if you think you can be do it then keep at it.

that may be helpful, or maybe not. im not overly good at advice
