university of michigan is a great school, and it's public... so's uc berkeley, and so are most of the uc schools, which are now getting screwed because of the budget bs going on here. upenn is another excellent public school.... i don't know enough about the others to say anything though.

I assume you are referring to the Ivy League institution in Philadelphia. It's a private university.
