I can't seem to find a secondary link for the photo. Basically its a photo of the mayor wearing a suit and mad theatrical make up. He was attending Chinese New Year celebrations and for some reason it meant he had to wear makeup. It was funny and a bit bizarre so I decided to link it. Alas the link failed and you shall not see it.
