Would you really be ok if your company not only wanted to monitor the area you are in but wanted you to wear a camera so they can monitor everything you do while you are at work? Sorry but I think most people would object to that and for good reason.
What is the argument behind putting cameras on cops that the cop can't control? It really boils down to "we don't trust so we think your every move should be monitored and second guessed". If police should be subjected to that sort of indignity who else should we monitor? Teachers? Doctors? Lawyers?
Having a camera monitor an area is one thing but to tell a person that you have so little trust in them that you want to attach a camera to them and monitor everything they do is insane. To want to do it in the name of civil liberty is the height of hypocrisy.
