I've got it in the elbow wheelwright Send a noteboard - 06/02/2012 04:20:03 PM
I'm wearing a splint or brace, and it helps. My doctor gave me a prescription, so I could claim it through my work benefits. It cost around $40.

You can try massaging the area with an ice cube. Put the cub in a cloth and rub it on the sore spot with slight pressure.

Someone recommended acupuncture, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to go that far yet.

Acupuncture is not measurably more effective than a placebo, so I would recommend saving your money. *NM* - 06/02/2012 08:59:21 PM 323 Views
