There is no doubt in my mind that this case is going to the US Supreme Court
Nor in mine, and I have a hard time seeing how it's going to win there... might be another setback before the next election or the one after that finally ends the matter through a referendum that won't be overturned anymore. I feel for the people in Cali who've been wanting to get married and keep getting stuck in this rollercoaster, or those whose marriages keep being endangered (though not undone, fortunately) by this circus.
