As in, get former Obama voters to vote for him. Having a lot of Obama voters in 2008 sit out this election and not vote at all is pretty sweet as well.
Lot's of "new" voters came to the polls for Obama in 2008, especially young people. There is no indication that they will vote in 2012 as of now. Nothing Obama promised these voters have been fulfilled.
