It's stating a possibility, a fact, and his opinion, that if this happened, Denver would deserve it. The post's title (and an article title on the subject on yahoo) both led to the assumption that he wished for Manning to take a fall down the stairs or something. And there's a huge difference between the two.
Maybe he said more, but so far, nothing seemed personally aimed at Manning.
