I think it is far more important to look at the costs themselves, figure out where they're coming from, and work on reducing the cost of medical care OVERALL.

I'm not even sure how we could go about doing that...but it's a lot easier step to take than just leaping into a public health care program. And it makes that step more economical if we choose to take it.
