Who would win is always writer's prerogative. You could argue `til you're blue in the face how Batman beat Superman in an alternate future storyline once, but it doesn't change the fact that it was because a writer wanted it to be so... and so it was. It's also ridiculous that Aunt May could defeat the Hulk. Doesn't mean I can't write the occasion of it happening.
