any ol' person is allowed to go up. I mean, they certainly have never stopped me. I just refrain because--while I'm not Christian myself--I still like to show respect and I rather believe it'd be hypocritical of myself.
Of course, I think simply attending church is somewhat hypocritical of me, but that could just be my strong aversion to going speaking
