I don't mean to say sex would be excellent, but I would hope that after a reasonable duration of a sexual relationship, one would at least have an intellectual understanding of how to use the other's plumbing, as well as a general idea of what the other plumbing "likes". I'd say that if one does NOT, one is not very attentive.
