This reminds me of someone who posted that it only cost 15 pounds or something to have a tooth extracted in the uk. I think it is a couple grand in the US. What did this cost you?

I paid $753 out-of-pocket (my Dental insurance covered exactly $0, worthless POS) to have two wisdom teeth removed back in December while I was sedated. The sedation was $350 of that cost, but it was worth it (almost) to lose virtually an entire day to slumber.
I know someone recently went in for tooth extraction (don't know which one) and it was somewhere around $1500 bucks. I heard from another person that she was quoted $3000something, so I averaged it out.
I could be missing details (like how many, does it matter which type, etc).
