I'm pretty sure that kitten does not have heterochromia, and it's just a trick of the light. I base this on the fact that the turquoise color is a very rare cat iris color, and the fact that it is appears located in the sclera and not the iris.

So yah...if you have turquoise located in your sclera, I'd get that checked or find a better optometrist :P
