That chat, which kept popping up incessantly while I was desperately trying to get to the wotmania page to just elect to leave the group, was so moronic, that most of the people who came over here would be at a loss as to how best to respond.

Suffice it to say, there are people in that group who have taken slacker/loser stereotypes to new lows. It is the dregs of the internet. I think they mostly hang out on the WoT page at this site, which explains why my interaction is limited (as well as explaining a whole hell of a lot about why they're so pathetic).


I was immediately thankful that I had changed my settings a few days ago to "Appear Offline" when I read a bit and saw that apparently some wanted some semblance of "Chat." I used to visit 10 years ago, but the last few years of wotmania's existence that environment was so toxic/stupid that I largely avoided it in order to lower my blood pressure.

Sounds like the dregs of that environment, like pond scum, have floated up over there. I don't think those were WoT MB regulars though, but "chat regulars," those parasites that made the old site feel like drama central for the socially inept.

I only have five people who used to visit wotmania on my two FB accounts. Now I recall why I didn't add more.
