False friends exist in lots of languages for lots of words. The Russian word for "dick", for example, is pronounced (roughly) hooey, something that one hears in old English-language movies meaning "nonsense". While it is possible that the English use is derived from the Russian, the Russian isn't derived from the English. If jism means something like ejaculate in Hindi, I would be intrigued, but if it's totally unrelated (like the Persian chesm for "eye" or something like that), then it's just coincidence. Rotten coincidence.
