I wasn't aware of this until I went to buy a DVD for our daughter, who is now into the My Little Pony franchise, but I suppose, given what I've read now, that there are people who have known about this for months (years?). There are people who are physically categorized as adults who like My Little Pony (mostly male, no less).

Wikipedia says it is part of the "New Sincerity" movement. Bullshit. Sincerity and infantile escapism are distinct categories.

Either way, they make the people at the WoT board actually seem not so pathetic. Am I the only one who never heard of this filth?
