It sounds like Cockney or London lower class speech - the way Sascha Baron Cohen talks when he is Ali G comes to mind. It's decidedly NOT Received Pronunciation, and it's not correct according to American pronunciation, either. Yod coalescence, dark Ls and a whole host of other defective speech patterns must be removed from the language as quickly as possible.
Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.
