Seems like the Icelandic doctors didn't do a good enough job.
I was kicked out of my self-pity and forced to go the hospital were the wounds had to be revised and cleaned some more (PAINFUL!!) and then I was put on antibiotics, have to clean my mouth after every meal, and not allowed any solid food.
Woe
The swelling has improved now though, and I can speak with relative ease.
