One boar, two foxes and 14 deer, including one with big fucking antlers, is apparently what you get when you take the road through one of Germany's largest forests. It's still a road, though, no forest track or something! Most of them were just on the side of the road, about to leave it or step on it, some were minding their own business. You usually see one deer or a fox during a random rural ride between 2am and 6am around here. But this was far beyond comprehension. I was seriously disturbed and drove really slowly after the first half dozen. Glad when we made it home in one piece. Never taking that road at night again.
