One note in defense of the guy though, he wasn't injured but his friend was killed, and that is gonna leave him shook up and vulnerable to scumbag lawyers. I don't think that excuses this kind of jackass litigation and getting a 'publicist' but I'd want to hear a little more and see if he shakes off the dumb after some recovery time before branding the man an absolute opportunistic bastard, though I'm definitely leaning that direction.
