For those wondering: see the link. House is a bit boring, needs "soul", or maybe "heart", but that can be fixed. We already have ideas. It's 6.3 km (about 4 miles?) to my wife's new job, lots of open space nearby and close to shops.

Normal reserves count (i.e.: do we get the mortgage in time, selling of our house shouldn't be cancelled at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, etc), but I'm really happy. :D

Now all we need to arrange is 1 month in a rental (our house will be emptied Nov 14th, we can get this house on Nov 30th + painting etc) and a job for me... Working on that last one, but looking positive.


You have oxen in the pond? Perhaps that is where you could put the "guests" :D
