The playoff is coming. Meanwhile, by virtue of going undefeated against the toughest schedule amongst the top teams (which is hard to maintain when every team you played has at least one loss) Notre Dame have a chance to play for the National Championship.
The SEC pulls that crap every year: "The SEC is the best conference, because they play all the top teams (i.e. their conference schedule." Prove it on the field.
