Bikini with international flag skirt cape combo seems a little out of place for Canada.
The Irish one actually is semi-traditional which surprised me, though it's actually an adult version of girl's clothes.
That Thai hat was pretty swank.
Some of those costumes were nice, mainly the simple ones.
