Pretty significant ruling.....and so will be the upcoming SCOTUS case.
And the ramifications of invalidating all such appointments could be rather complicated - as the article mentions briefly, what if the parties in all the cases decided by panels on which Obama appointed judges in this way, suddenly decide the decision in their case isn't valid anymore?
Apart from that, it certainly is a creative way to try and revert a ruling of a government agency that you don't like...
