View original postI got it like two days after it came out, read it intently for like an afternoon or two but stopped about halfway through for no real reason and haven't read it for two months at this stage. It wasn't for any lack of enjoyment; it's a perfectly good story it's just I've had trouble finishing books for the last year or so. I've about a dozen books all about half-read in my room here and several more at home in a similar state of read-ness. In that period I;ve only finished around six books.

I've been that way for the last year or so, but I'm part of a book club now and they are making me finish stuff. You need to finish this book so we can bitch together.
View original postTo many to list. The one I've actually read more than a dozen pages of in the last week would probably be The inferior by Peader O Guilin. It's an enjoyable mix of sci fi and fantasy and is arguably YA but quite dark at the same time.

I think you have to finish it before you suggest it.
