Tomatoes: A couple Supersonic or Better Boy, a Roma, a Cherry, and an heirloom of some variety.

Peppers: One or two Bell, a couple Hot Hungarian and Jalapeno plants.

Cucumbers.

We can pickles, peppers, and different tomato sauces, along with peaches and jams from our Peach tree.

This year I'd like to plant Green Beans, Eggplant, Zucchini, and maybe Cauliflower or Brussels Sprouts. All depending upon available space.

how do you pickle your peppers? we tried various recipes but the peppers all ended up as mushy pieces of vinegar-laden crap, and they lost their heat somehow during the process.
