Today I turned 29. This is the last year of my 20s. Once I turn 30, it's all downhill. Or so everybody tells me

My mom, my mother-in-laws boyfriend and one of my wifes cousins all share your birthday. I must echo what Ave and rt said: Sure, you cannot claim youth as an excuse for irresponsibility anymore, but your body still does what it is supposed to; in a decade or so it will begin occasionally but ever more insistently begin protesting when to do everything as effortlessly as in years past. Enjoy it while it lasts, begin a maintenance routine if you have not already and make the most of your waning youth. Oh, yeah: And happy birthday.
