Interesting split decision with Scalia siding with the super-libs.

That is, Scalias rebuttal of the "but we can catch more criminals!" argument with "yes, you would probably catch more criminals with all kinds of illegal searches," Thomas' declaration pharmacorps cannot claim ownership of genes millions of years old and Cheneys dismissal of the notion Edward Snowden is some kind of "patriot" (maybe in Bizarro World.)
