Iraq, Syria, Egypt again. Authoritarian secularists on one side and Authoritarian Islamists on the other side in Egypt. Some small parallels to Yugoslavia in the 90's. Look for Turkey to be the next site of serious clashes.

Failed Wilsonian diplomacy post WWI can only take a nation so far before the inevitable break up occurs. And even if there no direct connection to Wilson (but really there is throughout the entire region) the influence of Wahhabism is also strong enough as Iran and Saudi Arabia jockey for control throughout the region.
