If so you are limited to Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, and to a lesser extent these days Arsenal. If you want to take a punt on a potential up and comer - Tottenham.

If you are happy to maybe take a cup and don't expect to ever win the league - Liverpool.

Other than that, the rest will maybe have a chance at winning the FA Cup or League cup once in your lifetime, if they are lucky.

If you are not interested in success, just want a rowdy team of triers, then Everton, West Ham or Newcastle (spit).
