The 4055 one says that Spanish and Italian are close to one another in perfection, but I don't see the reference to Latin, which is interesting given that that particular section has a lot of Greek and Latin etymological thoughts.
However, finding something in the Zibaldone is quite difficult if you don't know where to look exactly. It's not really exactly...ordered...in any way.
