Of Suffocation, yes, of heat, no. That ship is 100,000 cubic meters by quick napkin math of its available stats, probably a bit less, call it 50k with 10,000,000 liters of oxygen on it. Enough for a crew of ten for 2000 days. Flush enough and you're screwed assuming you haven't got tanks of compressed or liquid oxygen etc which of course you would, and no hydroponic bay helping out flush CO2 and restore oxygen. But yeah, vent it and you're thoroughly fucked.
But heat-wise? Nah, 50,000,000 liters of air weighs about 60 tons. It's not a lot of mass, Air is basically a 1 on the heat capacity scale, with water in a bit over 4 and metals being generally like, 1-.3, so that 60 tons of air vented would have about as much heat stored as 15 tons of water and some hundreds of tons of metal. Now the ship is listed as weighing only a few hundred tons empty which is realistic given the weight of the space shuttle or a 747, so venting the air if virtually all the remainder is metal could suck out nearly half your heat and cause you to cool twice as fast.
